Asus G731G - Problem with Nividia RTX 2070 Graphics Card

No matter what I do, I cannot get this card to work.
I get a "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" in device manager.
I tried DDU'ing out the old NVIDIA drivers and reinstalling the ones from Asus, but that did not work.

I tried to reinstall a fresh copy of windows, but that did not work, either.
Luckily, I bought this from MicroCenter only a month ago, so I could get a return and a swap, or it can be fixed under warranty.

Has anyone had experience with these cards?
Is it a hardware problem, or should I try something else with the drivers?
I couldn't even load the NVIDIA control panel to test the card.

I would advice to replace your laptop under warranty. Almost 100% sure that you have the bricked/fried graphic card.
And the only reason you see anything on the screen is that the other GPU Intel UHD Graphics is still working ok.

I just returned it, but I wanted to say that MicroCenter has a good return policy.
They tested it, and told me that I could get a replacement right away.
They didn't have to send it to Asus first as they are already an authorized repair center for Asus.
