asus rog strix x570-f gaming wont post/boot when 7gpus

i have a asus rog strix x570-f gaming, and it works with 6gpus, but when i try to add the 7th gpu, it wont post, nor will it boot, so i need to cmos and remove the 7th gpu, for beeing able to boot again, it also have problems with restarting from windows, i need to turn it off one extra time with the power button, then it will restart, are there any bios settings for getting more gpus to work, i have used pci hubs in the past, and they have allways worked, but not on this mobo
it has a ryzen 3700x cpu, 32gig ram, and 3x2080super, 2x1660ti, 1x1070ti

Would be nice, if it just are some bios settings i have missed, or a bios update, but i cant find any new bios on the homepage

Try enabling above 4G decoding if that is an option in the BIOS....

I cant see any 4G decoding in bios, the machine is also hard to restart when i have more than 3 gpus mounted, i have tryed to flash the bios, but it did not helped, are there any other settings i can try?
