GL503GE Laptop fan keeps running at ~7000 RPM issue
My ROG Strix GL503GE has been having issues with the fan these past few weeks. The GPU fan keeps running at ~7000 RPM at temperatures close to 40 C, the noise drives me crazy.I also can't control the fan speed using the keyboard hotkeys anymore. I visited the service center yesterday and the guys ran some diagnostic software and told me that he couldn't find any hardware issue with the laptop, and he also that the issue is unlikely to be a software issue. So now I don't know what to do. Can you guys help? (The fan problem appears 90% of the time but didn't show up when I visited the service center).

there is two connectors in your motherboard for those cpu and gpu fans.
There is 4 pins inside that need to touch eachother. please check the connection.
if the connection is lost in the pins cpu fan @ rpm @ bios would be something else than 700-900rpm~
check these things and report.
