Maximus Formula XI (Z390) USB type-c compatibility with Helios case

Hello,
*I have just received my new PC and it seems that the usb type-c port on the front i/o of the case does not work.
My motherboard is Asus ROG Maximus Formula XI(Z390)
And my case is ASUS ROG Helios.
Can someone tell me if it is possible to connect the usb type-c port (3.1 Gen 2) to the motherboard?
And if possible what port on the motherboard I should look for ?
