i have a problem with the CPU FAN. my CPU FAN is an Asus rog lc 360 and the motherboard is an Asus z390 e gaming. The problem is that when i start my computer the CPU FAN ( Asus Rog Lc360) goes to 100% in the boot mode.. after it starts running the windows drops to 700 rotations, because i set it from AI Suite 3 . there is a setting in BIOS that when the computer is in boot mode the CPU FAN does not go to 100% capacity because it is very loud.. for 20 seconds you say that takes off a plane :))
