Good day , been having problems with the Ethernet on this machine

i have run the Intel diagnostics on the Ethernet and that tested good also used a few types of Ethernet cables and switches not sure what causes the problem

have cleaned the port and chip area with IPA and still getting packet loss. now this problem does not happen instantly if i uninstall the driver and re install it will stay good for a day or a few hours and then will start with packet loss again

have also tried a few drivers as well still the same

running the latest bios and Windows 10 Version with AMD FX 8150
