    Well working, mostly out of the case. Getting CMOS error now.
    Suggestions on: How to install in the case so I don't get Memory errors? maybe some plastic spacers between MB and case?
    Thanks for the help so far.

    This is a first for me, silly case causing memory errors. it's more likely that somewhere the MB was grounding against the case or something similar.
    I need suggestions on how to insolate the MB from the case while allowing the IO panel to match up.

    The case should come with standoffs on which to mount the motherboard. You just have to make sure the standoffs are in the correct alignment and there are none out of alignment with the MB holes

    Make sure the case is not causing the GPU to seat badly that can stall the boot too.

    I've checked all the stand off's and even attempted to add hight, GPU wouldn't install correctly like that.
    I'm adding some standoff washers to increase distance, if that doesn't work then I'll have to place some anti-static barrier between them, lucky the MB has an anti-static sheat it came with.

    None of that should be needed...regular standoffs should place the MB in the correct position...if that's not the case...no pun intended...I'd see about getting the case replaced

    I did finally get everything connected and going but yea looks like I'll need to get the case replaced.
    Never would I have ever expected the end issue to be with the case, this is a new one on me and will cause me to reevaluate how I do my builds moving forward.
    I've been doing this professionally for decades and never run into this kind of issue being a result of the case, case grounding issues I've seen but not this.
    I suppose, in the end, getting stuck on what the QLED was saying was a failing point of mine and caused me to be blind to other possibilities.
