    I see , Master Tistou77 .

    Look like Intel design 11.12.x.xxxx firmware for Cascadelake X SKUs. The Cascadelake X had some hardware mitigation silicon designed.
    Unfortunately there are number of vulnerables need to be fix via microcode and firmware. The ME 11.12.x.xxxx for examples.

    The Skylake X and Skylake X Refresh were finished its X299 PCH firmware mitigation via ME Firmware 11.11.70.1622.

    So when we use Intel CSME tools 2.0.8 above or lastest 2.1.0 to detecting. Skylake X / Skylake X refresh with ME 11.11.70.1622
    The CSME tools 2.0.8 or 2.1.0 will show " The system was not vulnerables. It has already patched " as your picture above.

    However the ME firmware 11.12.77.1664 was release after those firmware to fixing the bugs as release note description.
    But the CSME tools 2.0.8 or 2.1.0 say " DETECTING ERROR :: This system may be vulnerables " due It had CPU ID checked.

    Cascadelake CPU ID was 50657 / Skylake X / Skylake X Refresh CPU ID was 50654.

    After, I am not up to date for the microcode, so I can leave 11.12

    ya you can ignore CSME, can't read 11.12.xx firmware and needs to be updated

    I use the ASUS Flash tool for x299
