New ME firmware 11.12.77.1664

Changelog :
- Security update.
- Resolved a TLS provisioning issue resulting in a yellow bang on the Management Engine Interface device in the Device Manage

To see if this 11.12 is "good" for Skylake-X or just for Cascade Lake-X
And it's still 11.11 for Skylake-X

The Intel Management Engine Firmware 11.12.77.1664 DATE 2020/01/04 can be use with all Skylake X/ Skylake X Refresh SKUs.

However when testing with lastest Intel CSME 2.1.0 DATE 2020/03/24 It'll report " System may vulnerables ".

Unfortunately, ME Firmware 11.12.77.1664 can not be downgrade to 11.12.70.1622 or 11.11.70.1622 anymore.
So users whom want to trying this lastest ME Firmware should consider the condition above first. 😮

I was using the 11.12.0.1622 and was having intermitent issues with windows.

Hey,

For those that are rusty with MS-DOS Command DOS, (Myself included)
The syntaxis is like this to update this ME firmware
FWUpdLcl64.exe -FORCERESET -F 11.12.77.1664.Core.bin (Navigate where your ME folder is and open CMD admid elevated)
