Your bridge wouldn't be compatible with using slots 16_1 and 16_3. You'd need a 5 slot bridge, which doesn't exist.

Thank you for your response.
How is that became 5 slots?
The motherboard has only 4 slots
On motherboard from slot 1 x16 to slot 2 x16, it's 3 slot space == between them slot 2 x4 that makes slot 2 x16 slot number 3 and slot 3 x16 become slot number 4.
Is that correct?

read the manual on page 1-2
it's quite easy to see the PCIe slot spacing
pos. slot
1 PCIEX16_1
2 empty
3 PCIEX4_1
4 PCIEX16_2
5 empty
6 PCIEX16_3
slot bride size between PCIEX16_1 and PCIEX16_2 = 3
slot bridge size between PCIEX16_1 and PCIEX16_3 = 5
but there is another problem see page 1-8:
PCIEX16_3 is also constrained see table. suggest you use PCIEX16_1 and PCIEX16_2 with a 3 slot space NVlink.
