Greetings
My laptop work fine but, programs won't start
This happened after window s update
I try to recovery but it was always fail
So I unistal all the windows update and the recovery work
Today happened the same
I am trying to make the recovery work again but with no luck
I have this message always
could not find the recovery environment'
I didn't try to remove all windows update this time I am afraid to try

Any one can help please
If I make a USB recovery and copy my e-suport file it will work?

did you formatted the harddisk completely before , for installing windows in your home.?

if formatted full hardisk means , recovery partition is deleted completely .
but you can create seperately winre.wim and put in recovery partition , but you cannot reinstall preinstalled windows

I don't know what really happened
Windows boot in the PC is working ok
I just can't recovery
I have make recovery many times before

Please help me

But recovery partition is empty 'i think

go to command prompt wih admin rights , type below command and paste the output

reagentc.exe /info /Target C:\Windows

thats windows recovery environment will might work ,

boot the windows in recovery envronment , try you can access all options , after that reply to me
