ASUS ROG G703GI-XS98K AURA keyboard no longer lights up after win 10 update

Hi all,

I have an ASUS ROG G703GI-XS98K laptop which I purchased in 2018. After a recent Windows 10 update, my AURA keyboard no longer lights up. I downloaded the recent AURA Service Version 3.02.58, uninstalled the old version with REVO Uninstaller (even deleted the old registry files) and installed the new Version 3.02.58. Yet, the AURA service still does not work.

I even tried installing the AURA Service V3.03.38 HOT FIX and still to no avail.

Help would be appreciated if someone can point me in the right direction! Thanks!
