GL502VS Windows Problem
Hello i have a GL502VS (7th generation) and yesterday when i wanted to reset my laptop and remove everything like set factory it didnt work and gave me an error. So i talked to Microsoft advisor and they said if you download windows and again re-install it your original windows will be there. I did but i have a major problem now. My windows is back but i dont have any utilities like gaming center, sonic suite, etc. Anyone can help me please?
Btw i have downloaded all the drivers from asus site and re installed the gaming center but it doesn't work smh.

If your laptop comes with preinstalled windows 10 means , there might be recoveryimage is hidden in some partition, and its hiding in at the end of the disk
First of all why you want to reset youe windows .
after reset error , do you able to boot the windows in normal mode .
I dont have your model laptop , but i knew little knowledge about windows installation
