HELP: Aura Creator only random color works

Hello, i just bought an scar 3 laptop and wanted to try the aura creator, but no matter what i do, it only works when i use random colors, if im not using random colors, the keyboard and underglow stay dark/off.
hope anyone can help me

This app doesn't work properly if your system language isn't English. And this bug isn't still fixed.
You can change system language in windows parameters (language and time section), this workaround works for me.
