My Brand New ROG Delta Left RGB Light stop working

I just bought my brand new ROG Delta Headset a month ago. Today I noticed that the RGB light on the left cannot be turned on.
The audio config could still be done but when I tried to config the RGB light. The message " ensure that your headset has been turned on before changing the headset setting" showed. Please kindly provide any fix or suggestion. Thank you in advanced

I have the same issue but no such message. Left RGB light.

possible fix as there is a new FW update released yesterday and with the following note FW refresh tool for single side lighting issue
