My rog Key and All effect inside basic effect tab isn't working after updated windows

i have notification to update my windows 10, after update progress done, my rog key, volume and silent isnt working, and i checked ROG Aura Core apps every effect on Basic effect tab isnot working, what should i do? i already installed lastest version of hotfix but still not working, anyone can help me?

some URL 404 not found,,, i have tried to install aura lightning service from asus installation wizard but i dont know why its always failed to install, any one can help me
