I got that same issue when I tried to install older drivers to fix the issue I was having with the newest. try using the clean-up instructions and remove all realtek, avolute, nahimic, etc. entries from your driver store with the force deletion method, reboot, and then try installing again.

Edit: probably was a different issue, but when in doubt a clean install is never a bad idea so long as you know how to do that without generating more problems for yourself.

edit 2: NVM I was right the first time it is exactly what happens if there's no newer driver to install, haha

It's not an issue, just be patient, DTS APO4x Extension Driver folder contains more than 6260 files in more than 220 subfolders.

I can confirm it does take a while but be patient it will complete and load.

This error is not an error strictly speaking, it just indicates that the driver is already present and installed (no new driver to install).

Anyhow i just did a clean up and installed the latest one again, Everything worked fine.
