Regarding your DPC latency issue, you can try this TIPS (also visible at the bottom of the first post of all my drivers threads) :

Note : Normally your USB controller devices should already be in MSI mode, but the latency of other devices can impact the latency of your USB controller devices (so if your other devices are compatible with MSI mode and they are not already in MSI mode, switch them to MSI mode (by checking the msi box corresponding to the devices eligible for MSI mode > Apply > Restart your PC).
    Thanks MoKiChU
Yes I already have the USB controller in MSI mode.
Apologies for derailing this thread further, but do these MSI settings look ok?
I think everything that can be in MSI mode is, but what about all those PCI Express Root things.
And should some things be switched to High Priority? (Although I have heard that this can be risky)

Yes, it's OK. I don't advise you to change Interrupt Priority (either it is implemented by the driver, or priority management and relegated to the system).

Hey guys is it important to update MEI drivers/firmware just for gaming? I'm currently on firmware 16.1.25.1917 and no MEI drivers installed.

    Hi,

    Intel MEI Drivers :

In order to avoid any side effects (especially with Windows 11 & TPM), I do not recommend avoiding the Intel MEI Drivers installation like you do (Intel ME Firmware & Intel MEI Drivers work in tandem).

The Intel MEI Drivers that I offer are the compromise between avoiding the Intel MEI Drivers installation like you do, and installing them via the Intel MEI Drivers & Software Package from your motherboard support page :

    - Drivers Package (Drivers Only) that I offer contains Intel MEI Driver and only the imposed DAL, ICLS & WMI SWC Drivers (If you don't install the imposed SWC Drivers, Windows Update will install them for you, with probably older versions, because the install order of these SWC Drivers is initied/imposed by Intel MEI Driver itself).

    - Drivers & Software Package from your motherboard support page contains Intel MEI Driver and all the imposed SWC Drivers (DAL, ICLS & WMI) but also 2 SWC Drivers & 1 Ext Drivers optional and unnecessary for most consumer users (SOL & WIMAN Ext+SWC).

For more details please refer to this post : https://rog.asus.com/forum/showpost.php?postid=843822

    Intel MEI Firmware :

It is more optimal to use an Intel ME Firmware version equal to or newer than the Intel ME firmware version around which the BIOS is built. So if you have an :

ROG Motherboards with Intel Z690 chipset :

    - If you are using BIOS 2103 (built around the Intel ME firmware v16.1.25.1885) : You can update your Intel ME firmware to v16.1.25.2020.

    - If you want to install BIOS 2201 RC (built around the Intel ME firmware v16.1.25.2020) : You must update your Intel ME firmware to v16.1.25.2020.

ROG Motherboards with Intel Z790 chipset :

    - If you are using BIOS 0502 (built around the Intel ME firmware v16.1.25.1917) : You can update your Intel ME firmware to v16.1.25.2020.

    - If you want to install BIOS 0703 or BIOS 0801 RC (built around the Intel ME firmware v16.1.25.2020) : You must update your Intel ME firmware to v16.1.25.2020.

In addition to the stability fix aspect brought by the Intel MEI Drivers & Intel ME Firmware updates, it is especially important for the security fix aspect.
