Asus PZ68 Delux-Gen 3. Getting SSD to work and memory problems

Hello, I am still using an asus PZ68 Delux Gen-3 motherboard and wanted to get an SSD drive to work. I bought a Samsung EVO 1tb and when i connect it it doesnt show up. I installed the samsung magician software but it still doesnt recognize the SSD.

Second question. My PC keeps saying out of core memory. Im using 4 4GB DDR3 for a total of 16gb.
PC build is windows 10
