Strix 2070 RMA Issue

Every time I try and complete an RMA form for my ASUS Strix 2070 it gives me the following message:

Thank you for using the ASUS Online RMA feature.It looks like your serial number(SN:undefined)has already been issued an RMA.
For your reference,the RMA number is undefined.You should have received the RMA instructions in a separate e-mail.Please allow up to 48
hours for it to be sent out.

If you still have not received the RMA instructions,or if you believe there is a mistake,please visit http://www.service.asus.com/#!b2c/c1h8k to
contact a representative.

My card still has warranty until August 2022 and there is no current RMA open for it.

Not to mention there's currently no live support available..

Could use any help available, thanks!
