ASUS ROG Strix G15 screen goes black for 1 0r 2 seconds.

I just bought the ROG Strix G15 Electro Punk and I noticed whenever I turn it on and goes to the lock screen, the screen on my laptop goes black for 1 or 2 seconds and it goes back up again. The same thing happens when I plugged and unplugged it in the charger.

Is this normal? Please help. This is my first gaming laptop.

May you double check if your BIOS and VGA driver are up to date?

The same thing happens when I plugged and unplugged it in the charger.

Same thing happens on my strix g731gw, but only when plugging/unplugging charger.
Another strange thing is that it visibly "stutters" (hangs?) for ~1 second when I turn it off -at the moment I click the "turn off" button, it stops responding for that short moment and then the laptop turns off like it should. It doesn't really affect anything, but both of these things are pretty weird.

I've been having the same issue with the ROG Zephyrus G15 duo. Only it's more random. I've double checked the BIOS and reinstalled the driver. Hard to capture a screen shot if it only goes black for a couple seconds. Not sure about you, but mine restarts with a blue screen. No help from ASUS unfortunately. Let me know if you come up with a solution.
