Rampage V Edition 10 - Will not boot.
The Start & Reset lights up. Also, the PCIe slots light up. The fans do not run. I hear no sound. I'm clueless.

Unseat and firmly reseat your 24-pin cable to the motherboard and the PSU. Same for the 8-pin cable as well (they both are required connections). There's not much information in your post, but to me it sounds like a power delivery issue. Ensure you connected your video card power cable(s) correctly too.

Yes. That was surely one of my problems. I fixed that. Now I'm at error AA, "Ensure you connected your video card power cable". I'm using an Asus Strix Director II. I have the following connections to the Video Card:
3 Pin, 4

Also, when I am stopped at Code AA my PCIex16 Lane Switch lights have two blocks of light, page 1.3 of manual, Upper block light4 is stead on. Lower block 1-2-3-4 light are stead on.

Is there a way to check the memory, motherboard an cpu, seperatly?
