Just received BIOS update version 311 and also got 2 Intel driver updates at the same time.

Is it related to any recent Intel security vulnerability?

I know the new 10th gen Intel CPUs can't be undervolted as Intel has capped that possibility for a segurity vulnerability. So, seeing firmware update as well as Intel driver updates made me think it could be that. However, my ThrottleStop is still working as always with -90V applied to CPU core and cache.
