RMA Undefined / No Chat or Telephone Support Available

I tried placing an RMA for a ROG STRIX x570 e gaming board a few days ago, and still havent received a response.
I received a response that there was already an RMA in place for my serial, i believe this to be an issue with the website.
As i purchased this unit new from Micro Center less than a month ago.
