Hi,

It is however clearly explained ... :

Check/Update Process :

Check current version : Right click on "Check.cmd" > Run as administrator

Install/Update : Right click on "Install.cmd" > Run as administrator > Automatic restart when install is done

You mean you used Check.cmd to see your current version, then you used Install.cmd to install the new version, and finally after the restart you used Check.cmd again and the version number hasn't changed ?

I mean, before starting the update, I always check the firmware version and it is the same version as the firmware file. But this time, the firmware version indicates the previous one, and the firmware file for the next version. That is, the file name is one, but the firmware itself is old.

Despite the fact that the verification indicated the previous version, I still updated the firmware. And it turned out that the version is still a new version of the firmware. So everything is fine, but the verification file incorrectly indicates the version of the new firmware. Thank you for your work!

That's what I thought, you didn't understand the processes.

Check.cmd is not used to check an MD5, SHA1, it is used to know the current version of your Intel ME firmware, to know if you need to update or not, nothing else (information that you can have in another way besides, via the Main tab of your BIOS/UEFI, or even via the Firmware tab in the Properties of your Intel MEI drivers).

If previously the result of your Check.cmd corresponded to the version that you downloaded, you simply updated then it was not necessary because you already had the last version.
