If you have the ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING at the time of writing this, there is no BIOS update, the latest BIOS is 1402 from 2019/12/11. No doubt there will be an update as ASUS catch up with all their Z390 based motherboards download/support webpages.

What about release notes??
"System stability" in what aspect?
What issues improved?
What about sh*tty dual rank memory support?

System stability in the form of, they may or may not have fixed something that was so obscure that even they do not know what it fixed, but it deserves a release since all other boards were getting updates that may or may not have been useful.

Just like some of the BIOS options themselves, there is no documentation and no one can answer the question as to what it changes and what it effects.

Well, tried bios 1502 (was on 1302 didn't like 1401). Reloaded my OC settings and booted in to windows, blue screen as soon as I ran Cinebench 20. My i 9 9900KF also had a uCode update with this new bios. Had to reset LLC from 5 to 6 to stop the blue screen, now my temp spikes on cores 4 and 6 to 85c, never had that problem with 1301. All stress tests using 1302 passed with my CPU at 5Ghz vcore 1.250v LLC 5 using adaptive voltage negative offset 0.005.
So for me I'll be staying with 1302 as it works just fine. Hope you guy's have better luck.
Trying to keep the temps down on a 9900KF at 5Ghz is no joke even with a 360 rad.

When I went from 1302 to 1402 I had to reformat my PC in order to get everything to work properly. I didn't have this issue when going from 1402 to 1502. My issue Going from 1302 to 1402 happened most likely because the OC improvements in 1402. Version 1502 also has 1402's improvements.

FYI, if you ever have to reinstall Windows then you should ALWAYS set your motherboards OC settings to the motherboard's non-OC values. Never OC during a Windows install.
