Which port is Integrated or Discrete GPU Routed

Hello,
I just purchased the Asus Tuf A15 Gaming laptop with AMD ryzen 7 4800H and RTX 2060 GPU.

It has:
-HDMI 2.0B
-USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C™ with G-SYNC® enabled DisplayPort™ 1.4
-AMD Radeon RX Vega 7 integrated GPU

I want to to connect to an external monitor with atleast 144hz or 240hz with 1440p or 1080p.

Question 1: Which of the two ports is routed to the discrete Nvidia RTX 2060 GPU?

Question 2: If both are, which one is better?

Question 3: With a display port adapter with the intent to game, can both ports support G-SYNC for a monitor with Free-sync/G-SYNC capabilities.
Thank you so much for your time.

This is the hardest and most confusing information to find. I've been trying to find if 4K@120Hz output is available, as I'm looking to purchase a new desktop and I use HDR tv's as monitors.
My experience:
HDMI supports 4k@30Hz
Display Port 4k@60Hz
Don't know what AMD Radeon RX Vega 7 integrated GPU is.
Nvidia specs. say the RTX 2060 supports HDMI 2.0b (don't know what "b" is. DisplayPort 1.4a (don't know what "a" is. (Do these a and b specs support 120Hz?)
They have DisplayPort to HDMI adapters, you must get a adapter that specifically states it support 60Hz, same with all cables. I've searched for adapters that support 120Hz and haven't found any.
This is the most recent article I have found: https://www.howtogeek.com/661325/should-you-use-hdmi-displayport-usb-c-or-thunderbolt-for-a-4k-moni/
Seems as if 4k@120Hz is currently not supported.
Just start plugging in to ports and please, let us know what you discover!!! https://www.howtogeek.com/305410/hdmi-vs-displayport-vs-dvi-which-port-do-you-want-on-your-new-compu...
