Rog Delta PS4 problem

Recently the left speaker of my rog Delta stopped working on ps4. It was working about one to two weeks ago. For about 2 seconds after i plug it into the PS4 the left Speaker stops working and I can only hear sound from the right speaker of the headset. The headset works perfectly fine on PC.
I uptated it to the newest version (0141) with armoury crate and I have also tried older versions. None is working.
I haven't heard anything from support for almost a week.
