RAMCache 2 and 3 issue with command chkdsk /f

This application prevents offline check disk from completing. It hangs at 100%. Offline means that you have to reboot so it can scan before the sign-in screen. Anyway, I have to do a hard shutdown and then power back up in order to use my PC again. This happens every time I do an offline check disk (chkdsk /f).

Wouldn't touch RAM cache with a bargepole. It corrupts system files as it does not write data back to drives correctly and when you reboot it flushes the RAM cache and corrupts system files that RAM cache were using.
