Asus ROG Strix Scar II GL704GM - Can't find manufacturer's name of my SSD - solved
Hello. For some reasons, I can't seem to find the name of the manufacturer of the SSD that came with my laptop. For example, when I use Speccy, it does not state the name, it simply says 256 GB PCIe and unknown. Even after opening the laptop and taking out the SSD, I can't even find the name on it. There is however a small aluminium sheet (?) that covers a part of the SSD and I prefered not to temper with it. Is there anything else I can do to find the name of the manufacturer?
Thanks in advance.

Look in Device Manager. Find mfg directly, or look up the model number.

Turns out that I didn't read the Speccy description correctly, it seems that the manufacturer is Western Digital. Thanks for the advice, though!
