ROG STRIX Z390-I GAMING Overclocking

I dont really have the cooling to overclock (yet) so I'm just running XMP 1 settings in BIOS

but

I have synced all cores multiplier (volts etc AUTO). This way all cores see full turbo of 4.6GHz

Is this worthwhile? I figure its a good way to get the most out of the CPU. Temps are 65 underload (Prime95)

did you first get a base benchmark score before changing settings to Sync all Cores? This is usually the best way to see if you are getting any worthwhile OC, by running a benchmark before changing any OC setting, and running another benchmark after changing settings and compare the results.
