Hello, i have the same issue. My 2070 ROG Strix is not visible in Aura Creator, but visible in Armoury Crate. Even after the last update.

Hmm, my ROG Strix 2070 Super shows up in creator. Always has. Well, a least once I got this mess working, but that was a ways back.

It got even worse. Since the NVIDIA GeForce update, driver v.471.68 (08/10/2021) my LED strip from my PC no longer shows in Aura Creator.

Same here after updating through Crate. The "Addressable LED Strip" from my previous screenshot no longer appears in Creator even though it shows in Crate. GPU still doesn't appear either. It all worked a few months ago.

Another setup with the same issue. My RTX 3090 appears just fine in armory crate, but when I go to customize something in AuraCreator it is no longer listed as an available device. I CAN control and sync effects through armory crate, just not through Aura Creator. I guess it's not the worst thing, but it would be nice for it to show in both apps. Any fixes would be greatly appreciated.

    Progress

I got my GPU to show up in creator. I went here: "C:\ProgramData\ASUS\ROG Live Service\DeviceContent\ROG-STRIX-RTX2080" (I'm guessing other GPU models would be there, too) there was a "ROG-STRIX-RTX2080.csv.xlsx" file. I opened that file in excel and saved it as a csv with this name "ROG-STRIX-RTX2080.csv" in the same dir (it didn't exist). The GPU shows up in creator now.

The addressable led strip doesn't show up still.

fOR ME THE GPU IS NOT SHOWN EITHER in Asus Creator, only in Armory crate. Even worse, i cannot see the casefans too, all nine of them. And the ledstrip from my case, the Lian Li 011-XL not shown too. So, Auro creator is totally garbage. Unacceptable Asus. Asus and their competition totally ruined the rgb experience for their customers. It is a Jungle with all their different formats. And as a cherry on top; their own rgb implementation does not even work properly. Screw you, customer. Ty for all the extra cash we trown at your company. Your shareholder must be very happy.

Srry, i just needed to rant. it is outragious. When are they (the industry) wake up and give the people, we, what we want. Universal rgb that works for all. After all, its just dumb lights. Stop this stupid attitude of protecting your own niche. The only thing you achieve with it are disappointed customers who eventually walk away from this whole RGB nightmare hell.

    Just my o.2cents.

    Fixed

The latest update made the Addressable LED strip work, too. Everything is working now. Hopefully it stays that way.
