So... just thinking about the air-flow. This is my chassis.
I wish I had some fluid mechanics computational software at hand. I wonder how does the air-flow go through here, give or take. This is my setup.
I don't expect an answer here, just thinking out loud. Don't spend time on this!
Update: This was likely a bad idea.
I ran a rough simulation of the airflow, and this is how that would look like (below).
Since I put that fan there in order to prevent the air from getting lazy in that top area, and from leaving without having cooled anything. Ya, it did that, but that is pretty much all it did. I better place a plate in that area (which should have the same effect), and use the fan some other way.
Okay, this should be better, if I can squeeze the three coolers down there.

Hm.
Those two are CPU radiator fans, generally the idea is to keep that heat out. The in-case temp is less than 1C higher than the room temp, which helps other components. The short stay of the hot air in the case might have been okay, if there was sufficient way out on the back. The back of the PC doesn't even have so much holes for the air. So, a also larger fan wouldn't have been as effective as expected.
I can entertain the thought, though.
- The third base fan cannot be placed there, because of the PSU. I hanged it to help pull in frontal air.
- I put a 200 mm fan at the back
- This is a program I wrote in 1h. It doesn't handle obstacles well, so the back of the PC seems waaaay more conductive than it would have been.
But also, let's now put the 'hanging' top right fan back to the chassis top.
And since I don't have 200 mm fan, nor a hole to put it over, that will be 140 mm.
Back to the reality, I found a new home for that fan: in the space encased by AE-9 and 1080. They are now perpendicular, which means that there is a pocket of air that is hard to reach.
New images are colored by air speed, from pink to red to yellow to cyan to blue to deep blue.
Before
After
What you asked about would be a blistering-fast airflow in comparison.

I went back to BIOS 0607. this new BIOS was not stable my memories. With XMP enabled there were several errors in the new BIOS. In the previous one, I had no problems.

Typically with fans, you want positive pressure inside your case. AKA more fans pushing air in than out. This helps to keep dust levels down, even if you're using dust filters.
Another rule is to observe physics. AKA, heat rises. So you typically want bottom fans as intake and top fans as exhaust. Front and rear fans can be configured to ensure positive pressure inside the case.

Hot air rising from convection does not come into play when you have fans creating an airflow through the case, which completely destroys any weak convection effect.
Another reason you generally want more intake fans is to match the airflow. Intake fans typically push through screens theaat keep the dust out and so the airflow is greatly diminished compared to a typical outtake fan grill.

I give vote to making the positive in-chassis pressure, and letting the air worry where it should leave.
Since I have a large chassis (TT View 91), I also need to help the air internally to get where I want it. I will add a 200 mm fan in the middle of the whole thing. Middle as in center-of-the-mass, more-less. This is projection for that scenario. The curves represent the airflow, the colors go from magenta (the slowest), over red, yellow, cyan, blue, dark blue, and dark-dark blue (the fastest). Thus, the cooler the color, the faster the flow.
Of course, it is a very simplified projection, but it is better than guessing.
Just to illustrate the benefit, this is the same config, without that 200 mm fan.
The air is much slower in comparison, but that isn't a bad flow per se.
I also looked at a couple of alternatives, which don't look as appealing, due to the lazy flow in the bottom left corner.

I plan to rack Aorus' RTX 3090 (sry, looks way cooler
) on my M12E.
Should I be concerned about something? Cross-brand warn there.A Quaker here
