not really...
XMP is not a go now for my 2x16 @ 4000 kit
tried the auto voltages when XMP is activated (IO 1.4V and SA 1.5V) also the IO/SA voltages which have been stable using the previous version
on 2403 my 2x16 4000MHz C16 kit (F4-4000C16D-32GTRSA) was stable using 1.28V IO and 1.36V SA
the TPM option is always on no matter if is set off
1003 vs 2403 vs 2601

Try manual setup of 4000 instead of XMP using the XMP values of cas, trcd, tras tfaw, trrd_s/_l
I was running 4000 16-16-34 very with tight timings and 1.17v/1.19v vccio/vccsa on my 2x16 3200CL15 g.skill b-die kit and it carried over as-is.

or I might roll back to 2403 instead testing everything again
XMP should be XMP, we're not in the Z690 area here =))
yeah, I know, on manual there is a different story though, I remember the 1003/2004 good old days, ran my 2x16 3200C14 (F4-3200C14D-32GTZSK)
for the 4000C16 setting I think I needed 1.45V VRAM and 1.30V SA to pass GSAT overnight

I'd check my other memory settings first. I often forget to enter a setting when upgrading to a new bios. Is the memory OC mode the same for example?
Anyhow, good luck. It is a pita.

Completely agree
I'm not tuning the memory at all, for daily & gaming I'm just throwing the XMP only and that's it...
AND... I'm quite keen to pass GSAT overnight

Before updating the BIOS, it's a good idea to save the current BIOS profile to a USB stick, and load that after the update. The same settings should work then.
I am still running the 2403 BIOS and everything is working fine, so don't know if it is worth it for me to update.

Yeah, I'm doing the same, saving the settings as well, noticed that is going backwards or onwards also. But I'm checking everything anyways afterwards, if they change something from a version to another a certain setting might not be validated, and no error is flagged.
But honestly I'm not tweaking too much in BIOS, I'm just more like a "default" guy when it comes to RAM. This is annoying, because a bloody XMP is NOT WORKING on these crappy boards, they really messed up things when they incorporated 11th. They should do TWO bios versions, one for 10th and one for 11th.
For some reason I was just hoping that they fixed stuff for 2x16 @ 4000+ for 10th)
Probably when they say that they improved the system performance, DRAM compatibility and so on it's for 11th, who knows.
