OS requirements : Windows 10 64 bit 20xx/VB/1904x.x or more recent.
Hardware requirements (Intel) : ASUS ROG/TUF notebooks/desktops with Intel 2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx series chipsets.
Hardware requirements (AMD) : ASUS ROG/TUF notebooks/desktops with AMD Ryzen Mobile chipsets.

Note : In order to know which drivers package to use, match the audio specifications of your notebook/desktop with the apps or ask me.

    TIPS :

If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_util_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you experience crackling, popping, audio stutter
Disable Fast Startup or totally disable hibernation (Fast Startup included).

Thank you for such great work! I updated my GL503GE with your newest package and seems to be working fine, but I still have a problem: I don't have any extra audio processing software installed, so no Sonic apps, etc. When I connect and earphone to the notebook and play anything, there is a kind of "white noise" in the background. When the sound being played finishes, after some seconds, the background noise disappears. Actually, it seems that the "driver?" cuts the sound output because it becomes pure silent, but as soon as any sound is played, even the Windows system sounds (beeps, etc), the white background noise comes again, and this "cycle" keeps going. Do you have any idea of what is going on?

I have the GX551 and have a question about the Realtek Audio Drivers. I see it shows in my audio applications ASIO mode, but I have yet to get Realtek ASIO to work in various music software. Is this suppose to work? If I have the latest drivers, is there something I need to enable to get it to work (e.g. registry key)?

You have to disable SS3 effects if you want use ASIO (ASIO bypasses the intermediary sound software layers of Windows so that an application connects directly to the sound hardware). So, either you use SS3 effects or you use ASIO, but not both at the same time.
I went inside Dolby Access Settings and used the "Disable all audio playback effect" toggle to ON. I still receive ASIO initialization errors. Rebooting didn't help.

    The SS3 app isn't installed.

    Any other suggestions? Thank you.

Hey, I have the ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING motherboard and I would like to output DD5.1 over HDMI to my TV so that I can get surround sound on my Sonos system.
Is the (UAD - ASUS ROG Dolby NB/DT) the correct driver for me to use?
GPU is a STRIX 3060ti and TV is connected over HDMI. Sonos system is connected to the TV and will only accept stereo or DD5.1.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

You have an ASUS ROG SS3|DTS Sound Unbound motherboard, so :

You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS MB) from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Realtek Audio (MB | Intel 2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx & AMD 3xx/4xx/5xx).

    - Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process
    - Use this SS3 Cleaner tool (Right click on "A-Volute_SS3_Cleanup.exe" > Run as administrator) then restart your PC
    - Follow scrupulously your INSTALL process.

For the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow the UPDATE process.

    Hi,

Please, pay more attention to what you are doing, you are talking about your ROG Strix X570-E Gaming motherboard while you are on a thread for Notebooks/Desktops-AIO and not for Motherboards.
