Cascade Lake-X 22 cores ?

Hello

Information was passed on a CL-X 22 cores (and maybe more)
Any news about this ?

And the next gen, Icelake-X I believe, which seemed to be planned for the end of 2020, will probably be postponed ?

Thanks
Sorry for my english 😄

Don't think CL-X 22 is real. They would need to use an extreme core count die to be able to harvest 22 cores and that would not fit in a 2066 socket, or am I wrong?
The High core count die (used for 10890 XE etc) max out at 18 cores... so don'ts this happening...

Indeed, from the information I had seen, Intel should have "redone" the HCC die (or something like that)
So nothing to expect from Intel for the 2066 I also think
Surely a fake screens with a 22 cores in CL-X

And for the future generation of "HEDT", not before 2021 ?

Thanks

Intel has 22 Core Cascade lake CPU, but not available for Mainstream yet. It's the 10990xe

Yes that's it, this is the one I was talking about

Do you have proof that this 22 core cascade lake CPU exist in 2066 socket format? Because that is the key here.
there are 22 Core Xeon available for a normal Xeon 3647 socket - sure no problem.
To believe that there is a 22 core i9 for a 2066 socket we need proof.
There are fake rumors and photo shopped CPU-Z and CineBench R20 images this but no proof that I'm aware of.

Cooper Lake is not getting mainstream release so does not seem we will see new HEDT parts right now especially considering the lack of availability for existing parts it would spread that even thinner.

Intel launched some reduced cost 2 socket cascade lake parts as a holdover until the 10nm parts are ready.
