Judging from your slides it is actually worse that I thought. Nothing new in the X CPU space this year at all. Maybe a max 18 core refresh of cascade lake (no sign of it in these slides though) but that's it...

And a core i9 109xx XE is super hard to find and buy today - basically unobtanium. Seems like intel have abdicated HEDT for 2020...

If Zen3 is as good as promised, AMD is the way to go... And even right now if u need 24 or more cores...

Agree, I'm starting to look at the ROG Zenith II Extreme Alpha as the MB for my next rig. Originally Posted by vmanuelgm
