Not a solution, but you're not alone. Your mouse stutter sounds like my webcam issue. My webcam kept flickering off then back on frequently so based on your post I uninstalled all the Realtek drives and today it worked fine. Oddly enough, it would only do it in teams, zoom was fine.
I have a headphone amp that would keep dropping out when using teams, so I'll have to give it a go again and see if uninstalling the Realtek drivers has fixed that device too.

Hi, well I unistalled ALL drivers again (realtek/a-volute, dts, etc.) with reboots, etc, and it seems OK now. Let's check how it goes with time.
I think it had something to do with the install of the OEM drivers and back to this "pack" here. There here some remain drivers in "hidden" device manager tabs regarding smixer and sonic stuff. Deleted all and installed the pack in this site again, all good.
Regards,
RicK

I can't seem to get this to work properly on my asus rog strix z690-a gaming wifi d4 within windows 11.
Can you please tell me which one I am supposed to be using, I think it's the dts unbound one but I want to make sure.
