So these drivers don't do that? what are they for? I'm lost. Sonic studio and and radar just give me a error that there is no driver or no compatible device. I can only use USB headsets.
Drivers didn't install properly. Remove everything like mentioned. Reboot the machine and Start over.

I have the same board as you and I have reinstalled everything more times than I can count.

removed them using exact method, rebooted.

Clicked run as admin, it went through and stalled at end for a period of time. Then closed.

I ran it again to make sure, it went through fast. I rebooted back to the same exact problem

Yeah I noticed that too. If you install the original drivers from Asus you will get the whole kit of software. When you uninstall to add new drivers, don't remove Sonic app if you want it. You can see the packages in the original Asus drivers (2276). Other driver updates don't offer the packages, only Realtek Audio Control. It will show error but if you look in new APPS it should be there.

I have installed the whole package from asus. Uninstalled rebooted reinstalled rebooted. Nothing works. Asus website is only package that installs the USB Audio driver but still no options to use any other audio. No apps work. Only errors.

I take it you were unable to find a solution to the WAV file playback latency issue?
Did you contact Realtek directly about this?

Ok, so not sure we are on the same page.

I installed a fresh copy of windows because I assumed my audio devices werent showing up because I had a new build and used this m.2 for my other build with another asus board z390a.

So after I installed windows, I installed the drivers from this page like the OP explained. They look like they installed because everything was there, apps, but they wont open errors etc. So I removed the drivers with the driver store like I was shown using driver store. I installed the ones from the asus site 2276. The whole package I installed. Same thing, but now I see ONLY in add/remove programs, the Realtek USB Audio.

I am not able to use the 3.5mm inputs on the front or rear of the motherboard. In your pics, you show the usb audio, and line in etc and it says REALTEK audio blah blah etc.. Mine does not. I am only able to use the usb audio ever since I installed this board. It is brand new and maybe a week old. I have updated the bios to 0902 which is the latest. Im not understanding why the Realtek console or realtek inputs are not showing up in the SOUND CONTROL in windows? Doesnt make sense.
