RMA costs and service repairs for 3 year old machine?

After the 17 month BGA failure and machine dying.

I am going to go through with the RMA process.
I want to know costs of the box at post office,11lbs of weight...to ship
Then,the cost for labor and motherboard and palm rest assembly...

I dont need cpu...

I know 60$ diagnostic fee and a shipping label will be supplied...

But I need to know what to expect before I go through with it...

It is now 3 years old,no longer sold anywhere new....

Each individual part of the GL702ZC must have reduced pricing in value after 3 years...

Problem is I can't find a site listing the price of each GL702ZC-WB74 part....

Asus customer service dont tell me much to go on

Only enough to get you on the hook.....


I need to Know how much after 3 years for model,and a site listing each individual price of each component....


I will have 1,110.00 dollars to put towards fixing it...

But,food is more important so...

Please give the Info I need in the comments below...

Asus has refused refund....

Saying go to best buy where you purchased it and get your money back..

How am I supposed to get my money back when I bought it in july of 2018?

I'm sorry that we are not able to provide detail fee until we examine your device and list out all the repair action.
You may decide whether to repair or not after you receive the proposal of the fee.
For refund and replacement, please kindly follow the regulation of the seller, it's not set by us.
Also, the shipping fee is set by local post office or the carrier you want to send out, please contact them.

I contacted support and found out what I needed to know,except price....

I will say this,After 3 years I do expect cheaper pricing for each Individual part....

I Will not Pay the same 1605.00 price twice....

I will hope that it cost less than 700-800 bucks....
