ASUS Strix Scar III G531GU .. typo in title /lol

Not able to switch to battery power. Laptop only booting when charger is plugged in. It's a new laptop .. bought it 15 days ago.

What could be the issue? Please help. I've tried basic trouble shooting methods like power button for 30-40s and etc.

Also, battery is showing 100% but not able to switch to battery power from charger plugged in mode. Laptop not turning on while the charger is unplugged. No lights/sound ..nothing.

Contact the service Center. maybe the battery is damaged. they will check and fix any errors.
