GX502GW Low GPU Usage / Power Limit Throttling

Hello,

My GPU isn't being fully utilized in games. Usage is around 45%-80%, mostly in mid 50's. Downloaded MSI Afterburner and it shows POWER and sometimes VOLTAGE as limitation. So i think my pc has Power Limit Throttling. All Drivers and BIOS(310) are up to date. Is there any fix for this kind of problem or should i just send my laptop back to Asus? Bought 2 months ago.

We have the same model. Have your tried running a benchmarking software? (e.g. 3DMark) Get the score and compare with the reviews. If your score is way lower, I recommend requesting support. Also make sure you are not using the "Silent" profile as that throttles the GPU for lower temps.
