All in the fullness of time I am sure.

At the point of release the only cards that go on sale are the reference cards. Then next phase is the custom designed PCB cards. So I guess patience is all I can suggest 🙂

I'm seeing adds starting to pop up for the 680's, apparently today is release day, but seems they have none in stock atm. The way its looking tho, with the changes to the EVga warrenty, he 680 only has a limited 3 year warrenty... and apparently, if you step up, the card you step up too isnt eligible to step up again.. I'm thinking this is gonna be my time to jump on the ROG bandwagon, sell my EVGA gtx 580, and get an ROG 680 when they come out. My whole reasoning behind going EVGA over Asus was the warrenty and step up, but with that changing there is is no reason to not use Asus like I wanted.

Its an impressive card but am going to wait until the replacement for the 590's come out even though its performance is roughly around that of an GTX590 so it's no reason to get this until I see dramatic performance increases over the GTX590.

There's a strong rumour that "Nvidia flagship" is in fact the GK110 and these parts is made for the HPC markets and cut down for PC enthusiasts user's just like the GF110 was with the release of the gtx 580 aka GF110.... Here are the rumour spec's of the GK110... It will be a monstrous in performance if it become fruitful.... Around August is the rumour release....

DirectCU II - in development 🙂 EDIT: Yes it's a custom PCB

3dcenter (and videocardz) just posted a fantasy list for SEO traffic. I don't see any source or evidence 😉
