Depends on your needs. I personally like the Turbo cards best because the heat is pushed out the back of your case instead of being dumped into it. Just my two cents. But here is a link for what I would get if I were you. In my case though, I like my parts to remain well cooled, but I also have computer cases and fans set up for a lot of cooling. Both of the rigs I built recently have two or three industrial fans in the front with mesh covering them to keep the dust out--and they push cool air inside where the GPUs suck it in and push out the exhaust at the back of the case.
