Random restarts on new Z490 build

phaseshift
Level 7
Components:
- Intel i5 10400
- Asus Z490-I Strix
- G.Skill Trident Neo 32gb 16x2
- Radeon VII
- Corsair SF750 Platinum
- Corsair H60 AIO

BIOS - 0607
OS - Windows 10 2004 build

I have been having constant random restarts on this build. After installing windows I updated the BIOS to the latest 0607 build not sure if the bios update is the issue but here is what I have done:

- Memtest86: Passed
- Temps are good via HWINFO during restarts
- Optimized Defaults in BIOS
- Stock settings on Radeon VII
- SF750 Lot code is not part of the recall

Event viewer shows the following during restarts:
Event 41 Kernel-Power
Event 1 WHEA-Logger
Event 6008

Something to note, I was able to play COD Warzone for a couple of hours with no restarts, coincidence? Not sure, but the restarts seem to happen when I'm casually browsing the web. Any help wold be appreciated.

Expand the "Event 1" and write what it says. Just saying "Event 1 whea logger" doesn't tell us much. Just double click it and expand it.
And the fact that you have a WHEA means something is unstable.

Can you run prime95 (latest), stress test, click "small" then click "Custom", disable AVX2 and AVX, and enter "112K-112k" range, and make sure "test FFT's in place" is checked?"

While running, have the NEWEST version of HWinfo64 "Sensors only" window open. Make sure you install hwinfo and then install the latest beta version (Under upcoming changes) on top of it into the same install location. Look at the bottom for WHEA Errors logged in HWinfo.

I'm guessing you're going to get crashed threads or errors here.

Fixed my issue, it was the onboard Ethernet that was giving me restarts. Updated the firmware via asus support website and installed new driver.

I'm z490-i, 9700k, gskil 32gbl 3200 and have had the same issue while just browsing the web in Chrome. Hoping the ethernet driver update IS the fix.
