CH 8 VIII Formula with 3950x - won't sleep - please help

I have a Crosshair 8 (VIII) Formula with the 3950x and it won't do a windows 10 sleep. Every time I try it goes to sleep and then wakes itself without any type of intervention. Is there anyway to fix this behavior?

Also should I keep it overclocked - AiSuite acheived a 21% overclock and everything is totally stable, but I'm wondering if there is any reason to keep it overclocked or just go back to stock because presumably this would allow the CPU to throttle down and save energy.

Check if wake on LAN/mouse/kb activity option is unchecked under Windows Device Manager.
