I've bought Asus ROG Strix G531GU 2 Months ago. There was no problem so far but last 2 days the laptop is freezeing suddenly. If it is freezing while listening or watching to something there is a sizzle sound comes from speakers.

If anyone knows the solution please enlighten me. Thank you.

Please kindly check of your BIOS and drivers are all up to date.
And was there any specific modification happened before the issue occurred? like installing a new program?

BIOS and all drivers are up to date. Also, just installed few steam games like valorant, CS GO and asus programs ( Armoury crate, aura ) .

By the way, it is not freezing about 2 days and I did not make any changes but I'm afraid it will happen again.
