so ive had this issue for awhile, when i try to install this i get

Error 20: Cannot locate ME device.

Error 620: Unknown hardware platform.

when i try to install the chipset drivers from asus website, i get platform not supported as an error.

i dont have any idea how to fix this. and so far searching here or on google hasnt given me an answer. i will make a new post here shortly about it.

Pretty big problem. They will be asking for motherboard model, bios version probably. MEI Firmware version. Windows build.
Does this occur on bios default...
