GM501GS Cpu temp display Missing from RoG Gaming Center

Just noticed now that my RoG Gaming Center (up to date) and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (up to date) is not displaying CPU temps anymore. LIke the CPU is not there
Been reading around and people saying a sensor in the mobo is broken.
Then I installed HWinfo and I get everything. Temps, voltage, its throttling etc etc
BIOS is also show temps as well. BIOS is up to date as well.
What could be causing those 2 programs to not see CPU temps anymore? Any ideas?
