VG328H1B - How to get 165 htz from hdmi

So I bought one of these. I have a hdmi cable that claims it can do 165 htz and I am using an ASUS 2070 Super GPU. Best I have been able to get is 144 htz.

Is this monitor cpable of 165 htz?

You need to enter the menu system of the monitor and turn 165Hz on.

I don't own that monitor but on mine is located in the overclocking section, you turn it on and select 165hz and then monitor reboots and wham you have 165Hz selectable in NVIDIA control panel.
